The check in and transfer from Heathrow were bot automatic and were very chaotic.

They do not use aerobridges even if the aerobridges are empty. They force us to go by bus and that is a very bad experience while boarding and deboarding

Apart from the crew....everything else was bad

None of the inflight entertainment worked. Seats were in bad shape. Charging port did not work. Tray was broken so mt food tray kept sliding along with my water....feel sorry for the amazing crew cause they have to deal with all this.
