Everything was good - the food was not very good - but it kept me fed. The Polaris lounge was very comfortable. Thank you.

I highly recommend having a closer look on passenger’s carry on bags and luggage. More than one time occurrence were there wasn’t enough luggage storage overhead in the plane. So, from other experiences which were sublime, I would also recommend on creating a small menu for pastries to be ordered or paid for.

Excellent service. ANA is an excellent airline. The staff was very attentive and the whole experience was flawless.
