Staff is rude and unfriendly. Even items such as chips are sold and no snacks given even for international. Upon arriving my stroller was lost and the agent that was in the baggage area kept telling me to wait for it, that he had located it and it was coming. I waited for three hours, beginning at 1 am and leaving at 3:30 am with a one-year old baby and still had not received my stroller. The agent proceeded to tell me that he was taking care of it and left me there and never returned. I subsequently filed a claim for my stroller and it was delivered to me. Lider, the agent, was the most unprofessional, lying and inconsiderate person I've ever dealt with traveling.
