I like their new direct flight route to Europe. I didn't like that I couldn't check-in online. I arrived to airport almost 3 hours ahead, and all window seats have been taken by that time. Is online check-in available for Chinese citizens only?

Pros:The cabin crews professional, kind, and helpful attitude all the time during the flight.

Cons:1- The boarding, was very late as well as the departure. 2- The captain’s departing and landing technique, I had a feeling the plane was going to dismantle due to his harsh landing!. 3- The food’s quality.
