The juice was good. The flight delay proved I should have booked with a different airline and will in the future. Also a checked bag round trip is $60 for a 40 minute flight? That's ridiculous.

Please have food choices for those who are lactose intolerant. Seems like every meal on Hawaiian has cheese.

Online check-in didnt work so there was a massive line at the check-in desk. I got there at 5:30am for an 8:30am intl flight but the desk didnt open til 6:30... it was 8am by the time i made it to the desk and 8:30 when i got to my gate after security and commute. Very poorly managed and a very stressful experience for everyone. The flight then took off late due to half the passengers still checking-in which eventually made my destination arrival 2hrs late.

The sales pitch for thier Hawaiian Airlines credit card went on way to long. Repeated the same thing several times (for what seemed like 5-10 minutes), and interrupted the entertainment system too. Just offer the card and benefits and stop there!

They cancelled the flight which added 5 hours to our overall flight time. In all we spent 8 hours traveling for any flight that would have been 5 hours direct.
