Bad experience. Food is bad No Wifi Charging station are non-working I request additional blanket because of cold, and they refused I request to pray at any space and refused also.

Terrible. Extremely long layover, uncomfortable seats, food was just ok. And you don’t even get a toothbrush on such a long flight. Even water was hard to come by. Will never fly this airline again. The meals were descent.

It was a terrible waste of time. They delayed the flight and my layover was 8 hrs. They wouldn’t let me cancel the flight or provide a voucher for their lounge. Then the flight was super uncomfortable because my seat was broken and wouldn’t let me recline. Everytime I would move even a little my seat would spring back up. Also my friend missed her flight because they closed the front counter 1.5 hr early and there was no online check in available eventhough she was not checking any bags. She told me there were 5 other people with her at the counter who also missed their flights. They would not refund her and she had to buy another flight double the money plus miss out on an entire day of experiences in Cairo. Will never fly with this airline again.
