This was our first time with Singapore Airlines. We have heard so many good things about the airlines so decided to book when SG had a sale. We were not disappointed! The experience from airport arrival to arriving the airport were excellent on both legs of our flight. At LAX, the check in team was exceptional! They were very friendly staffed and checked my bags in promptly. Although we had Premier Economy seats, we were treated as if we were in first class lol! The LAX-SIN flight was delayed, but SG was one step ahead and re-booked our connecting flight so we did not need to worry about it. Customer service reached out to me via voice and text message. The amount of effort to rectify our delay was amazing. Thank you! Also, a surprise was a food/money credit for my wife and I at SIN airport when we arrived. These little things made the trip delay less stressful since now with the extended layover, we had a meal to eat to kill the time. Once we arrived in BKK, our luggage came quickly, closing a best of class experience, given the delay we encountered. It's the small things that separate great service and exceptional service. Singapore Airlines really is the gold standard for exceptional service! We will definitely be flying with Singapore this point forward. Thank you for a very pleasant trip!

The booking partner i used (underpricer) made it seem like my seat was in the front row with extra leg room. They gave me a diagram showing my seat choice as the front but it was actually behind someone. The Airline also forgot one of my bags at my layover, they did deliver it to me but when i got it it was damaged, with a strap ripped off. They also removed one of the covers on another one of my checked bags and it was also damaged.
