Hi, The lady at the drop off on Sunday morning was acting extremely impolite. Extremely. She was searching for something to be wrong with the car as soon as we arrived. She found a little mark on the tire (rubber part) and she immediately accused us we did that and wanted to keep the 500 EUR deposit. She was screaming at me and my college saying the tires were new and we did that scratch-mark, although the wheel of the car was broken on that palce, before we took it. Luckily we took the pictures of the car our-selves and had the proo! So basically speaking she wanted to keep our money of deposit although we all knew we didn't do any damage to the car. Your car was parked at a garage my friends Villa outside of Rome and was brought back in tacked! Basically we knew she was pissed of because we didn't take the insurance and wanted to actually rob us! At the end when we said we didn't experience anything like that before - she said: "Don't come to Italy!" - I mean in toady's EU we consider this to be you know what(...) It is the last time we booked the car in your agency. And I shall recommend this to all my friends - which I have a lot in EU. Best regards.
