Don't understand the need for a $200 drop-off fee for dropping the car at Ft. Myers airport (picked up in Ft. Lauderdale). Seems excessive! After all, all the cars belong to Enterprise. Even if you had a driver bringing the car back to Ft. Lauderdale, $200 is a rip-off.

Staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Our car wasn’t available when we arrived so they gave us a 15 person van and we went back the next day to get a more appropriate car. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
