Seamless checking process and the car itself drove like a dream. Drop off was also super easy, I just left the keys on the counter and didn’t have to wait.
Pros:Emilie was helpful and friendly but charged us extra for our car because they didn’t have the one we rented on their lot. We do not think that is a good business practice.
Cons:Having the car on the lot that we rented would have been better. We didn’t care about the make or model as much as we cared that it be able to hold four luggage’s, which is the vehicle we rented. There was only one vehicle there that would hold 4 and they up charged us over $200 extra for it.
The process of reporting existing scratches on the car was rubbish and needs to be improved. Also was not able to amend my booking easily which was irritating.
Although the car was a big one, and of a well known brand (BMW), we found it difficult to get in to and out of, compared to our own small Japanese cars (Mazda, Toyota or Honda). Trying to squeeze 5 passengers (including the driver) was also uncomfortable. Besides, the built-in GPS system was complicated to operate. The BMW roadside service was helpful in that regard, however.
