Booked through Kayak and was told they didn’t have a car for us bc it’s a 3rd party site and therefore they have no obligation to fulfill reservations. Had to take an Uber back to airport to try another location. I booked directly on Budget website and waited 60 mins in line only to be told they wouldnt honor reservations made less than 24 hours in advance- even though I called to confirm TWICE that a car would be there. So $60 in Uber fees, 4.5 hours of waiting, horrible attitude by staff and NO CAR. Horrible experience and won’t rent at Budget or through Kayak again.

We go there to rent a convertible. Previously we have booked the car throw their own website. And they give us the confirmation. When we arrive at the office they didn’t have any convertible available.

We enjoyed our rental. When we arrived at Miami, some of the other rental companies had 2 hour lines to get to the counter. With Enterprise, we had one person in front of us. We waited maybe 15 minutes in the lot for our car to come out of the car wash, but that was that. When we returned, the agent asked if we had filled the gas tank (we forgot) and had no problem letting us go back out and fill up (and he gave us a suggestion on which station to go to.)
