They canceled our reservation because we were 1 hour late. Our flight was delayed. They should have seen that since they have my flight information. It became a cluster and further delay for me.
There was over 15 people waiting for their cars because they didn't have enough cars there! I was told it would be about 1.5 hour wait before I get the minivan I reserved! The young man there did a great job by giving me a large suv at no extra cost. He was working alone because 2 people called in that morning. This was the Airport location!
Picking up was slow and poorly marked. Drop off was easy.
