The shuttle instructions were wrong (to begin with). The shuttle van arrived 30min after the bus dropped us off (not every 10-15 as quoted). Once at the rental location, I waited 2 hours just to get to the counter and wasted two hours of my rental time/booking to then be notified that I had to pay additional fees for returning after the locations close time, even though my booked was for after that time to begin with and that I’d have to drop the car off at another location and there was no shuttle back to the airport. Ultimately I did NOT rent the car and ruined the entire trip! I will never rent or attempt to rent from then again nor will I recommend them.

The rental price was raised from a $30 deal to $92 because of the items not included in the original deal description, such as they U-Save needed full collision protection insurance and they also charged $27.50 for returning the vehicle after 6 pm. The car rental offer was not accurately described on the web site. The price tripled from the original offer. That is a misleading information for the customer.

It was just ok, Not very clear instructions that I needed to take a bus from the airport to their pickup spot, then the shuttle took too long to arrive and I ended up taking an Uber to their rental location. The most disappointing part was they wanted to charge me $10 per day for use of a child's car seat. Not $10 overall, but $10 per day. Absurd.
